We take care of filing trademarks and designs in Italy and abroad. We manage

The professionals behind the firm have represented well-known companies in
patent litigation relating to the pharmaceutical, mechanical and diagnostics sector,
as well as in events relating to renowned brands in the cosmetics, fashion and food sector;
in design-relatedcases, ranging from motor vehicles to jewellery and toys and in disputes
concerning the violation of trade secrets.
COPYRIGHTS AND RELATED RIGHTS
We deal with all legal issues relating to the protection of literary and artistic works, designs, software and databases, performances, sound recordings, radio and television broadcasts.
On behalf of associations representing performing artists and producers, we habitually participate to legislative and regulatory processes. This includes the implementation in Italy of the Copyright Directive in a Digital Single Market (790/2019).
CINEMA AND ENTERTAINMENT
We deal with the drafting and negotiation of all the contracts required for the production of films and television programs, for the organisation of shows, their distribution and broadcasting.
We provide advisory services for trade associations engaged in round tables for updating the laws and implementing decrees applicable to cinema, audio visuals and public entertainment.
Films and documentaries to which the firm provided its advisory services were selected at festivals such as Cannes and Venice, South by Southwest, Hot Docs, IDFA.

We deal with a wealth of legal issues relating to the creation, protection and
promotion of works of art.
We provide advisory services to museums, foundations, archives, collectors and
artists for the purchase or sale of works of arts, their import or export, loan, the
development of collective and personal exhibitions, and the protection of works
against plagiarism and counterfeiting.

ADVERTISING AND COMPETITION
We deal with legal issues relating to the creation and distribution of advertising communications of all kinds.
We offer preliminary advice prior to the launch of campaigns, advertisements and commercials. We are able to assist in relation to prize events, including those held on social networks and we can expertly draw up the appropriate regulations.
We provide assistance in proceedings for unfair competition or for breach of the rules on advertising before the jury of the Italian self-regulatory organization for commercial communications, the Competition and Communications Authorities, and the judiciary.
PERSONALITY RIGHTS
We provide advice on the right to a name, pseudonym, likeness, personal identity, confidentiality, and oblivion and also deal with their intersection with the European Union and national privacy legislation.
We have followed major disputes regarding press offences; we have provided advice on investigative documentaries and films concerning crime news with relevance from the point of view of the protection of personality rights.
